We prepare you for your rest lab with pre-lab questionnaire that make sure your time is well spent when you're with us. In it you'll provide the necessary information to ensure you rest lab assets are prepared in full by the end of our time together.
During your rest lab we work off the questionnaire and opening call to begin building out your assets. You will have access during that time to check-in or see our progress. Once your assets are completed we'll begin our closing call.
In our closing call, you'll be presented with all of your assets. We will talk through each one explaining how to access it and use it. Any editable files will be linked and sent to you along with your rest lab report, a pdf version of your assets.

BEFORE THE LAB
Pre-Lab Questionnaire
You'll get access to your pre-lab questionnaire. It's an in-depth form that allows us to target your needs with laser precision. Your form must be completed at least 72 hours before your Rest Lab or your rest lab will be rescheduled.
OPENING CALL
First Hour
During your opening call we will review your questionnaire and ask you a few clarifying questions before we begin planning out your assets. Once our call is completed, you have the option to stay on for the reminder of our session or check back in during the presentation.
PLANNING
Building Your Assets
During this portion we will build out your promised assets. Whether that's your PTO calendar, your burnout recovery plan, your work routine, or any of the other assets, we'll use this time to build it out. We'll reference your pre-lab and your opening call answers.
PRESENTATION
Closing Call
Once your assets have been completed, you'll be messaged that we're ready to present. We'll walk you through how to access any of your tools. Then we'll also review best practices on how to use them. Finally, we'll present your Rest Lab Report, the pdf file version of your plan, with bonus pages you can reference later.
